A booking will not be confirmed until Healthy Start Holidays has received a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.
The balance of the total sum is to be paid 90 days in advance of the guest’s arrival date.
Cancellation policy – guest cancellation
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing, by email. We will acknowledge all cancellation requests by return email.
Refunds for cancellation requests received as per the above paragraph will be disbursed in accordance with the following schedule:
- Received at least 90 days in advance of the expected arrival date: full refund (minus deposit)
- Received between 45 and 90 days in advance of the expected arrival date: 25% of the total amount (minus deposit)
- Received within 45 days of the expected arrival date: no refund
Cancellation policy – Healthy Start Holidays cancellation
In the unlikely event that Healthy Start Holidays needs to cancel or materially change the product, the guest will be notified in writing as soon as possible. The guest will be able to review the changes and accept these, change to a new date, or receive a full and prompt refund of the total amount paid to Healthy Start Holidays in relation to the changed product.
Changes to the itinerary
Healthy Start Holidays reserves the right to make minor amendments to the schedule as advertised. Such changes will be understood to not materially change the product.
Interruptions to your journey
We cannot be responsible for delays or cancellations to your travel arrangements en route to Healthy Start Holidays
Included airport pickups are at set times on changeover day, and subject to availability.
Damage to Healthy Start Holidays property
The guest is liable for any damage (s)he may cause to Healthy Start Holidays property, or that of our third parties e.g. rental bikes, partner properties.
The guest is responsible for arranging his or her own insurance cover. Healthy Start Holidays recommends cover for protection of the following non-exhaustive list of areas:
- Travel delays
- Lost luggage
- Medical treatment
- Damage or loss of equipment
- Legal expenses cover
- Liability that might incur to third-parties
- Loss of earnings
The guests understand the activities at Healthy Start Holidays may involve a risk of accident, injury, or in extreme cases, death. The guest will be asked to sign a disclaimer to declare (s)he understands the risks involved and takes responsibility for these.
This does not exempt Healthy Start Holidays from our professional duty of care towards our guests, but is meant as a precautionary reminder for the safety of our guests.
Offers are only valid for the stated period of duration. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers are non-transferable. Offers are only valid upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking.
